A Letter for Myself in 2030

 Hi, this is 23 years old Aisyah in 2021. Today, the corona virus has transformed life for millions of people in this world. It harms a lot in many fields .The scale of the impacts is unprecedented, and studies have suggested that it might take more than a decade for the world to recover, societally and economically and might significantly compromise the progress of Sustainable Development Agenda (SDGs) 2030.

I was going to remind you according to the fact above that you may be forgotten in 2030, is young people conditions in this quarantine days. Some can’t wait to go out again, others don’t really want to, and there’s a lot staying up on the bed doing nonsense. Schools and collage are closed, young people compete spending time for movies, sleep, social media and other wasting activities. Some of great people can stay productive and some of them is trying really hard to stay productive during quarantine. That’s you in 2021. Today, I force myself, getting solutions for this quarantine days. Fight against my desires to make an impact in society to stay productive even in quarantine days.

Create some benefits communities, build and join some online courses, join competitions, writing books, help parents, build a business, become a speaker in some trainings and others that you really trying hard to do in 2021.  But stay productive is not your only goals. Being success is not about staying productive and make much money, but make positive impacts in people’s lives. That’s your definition of success.

The old you, is the one who has no fame, less money, less power in society but strong spirit and work hard. So, she only can makes few actions and little impacts. That’s why to the new you, myself in 2030. I beg, when you have power, make a better change to your society. When you closed to your definition of success, make a great impact for people’s lives, whether with money, fame, positions, works or even spirit. That’s how you become a woman of value. Remember a quote said that there is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others.

Last to remind you, you start with a person who knows nothing but hard work and trust God. So when you are upgrading in 2030, once you read this, you remember how hard you trying to do and please stay humble, kind, work harder and keep trusting God. You only live once, so be a woman of value.
